My goal is to have this be a constructive forum to possibly generate ideas to help improve everyone's work environment. I hope it will not go the way of other attempts at discussion. I'm really looking forward to open/frank discussion, but posts that simply whine, use profanity, and add nothing to the discussion will be replaced by a picture of cheese.
